Our Top Yoga Videos PickArguably the ancient ancestor of them all, Tibetan Yoga videos are our most popular. We yogis/monks believe this style is great for beginners or experts, because of its great combination of posture, movement, stretching, breathing technique, kundalini stimulation, and amazing acupuncture meridian energy balancing techniques. It's also very quick and easy to learn and practice daily. We are prejudiced towards it of course, since we all practice this, even though most of us originally learned other styles. These yoga videos don't have the "slick production" of other videos, so if that's what your interested in rather than the value of the information, don't buy these. But in our opinion, the benefits of the knowledge far outweigh movie-like production. It's very personable, "real", easy to learn and follow. Great for gradually stimulating the kundalini in a controlled manner, and gives methods for instant energy rejuvenation and energy balancing, found no where else but this style, that can even be done secretly on a bathroom break at work!
If you already know other styles, even Bikram, Hatha, or Kundalini, you may recognize some familiar postures, breathing, etc., because those styles likely evolved from Tibetan Yoga since it is so ancient. It has an integral yoga approach that is also the only style to include ancient secret energy techniques. Once learned, it only takes 20 minutes a day to keep your body, mind, spirit & emotions in harmony and tuned to peak performance. Demonstrated by a novice instructor supervised by an expert, it doesn't make you feel like humiliated or like "there's now way in heck I can do that!" Highly Recommended. If you want to use the Bikram-like "hot yoga" approach with it, just do it in a reasonably heated room that replicates the heat of India outdoors.
